As passionate as she is for interdisciplinary paths joining diverse artistic practices, social engagement and education, Mona was involved in creating concepts and managing many projects and cultural events such as
Sahbeh Readership Initiative,
Koutbiya and
Arts in Times of Crisis. she held the position of the Managing director of
Masrah Ensemble between 2015 and 2016. Also, she was a consultant for many cultural organizations such as
Collectif Kaharaba,
Irab and
Rahhala Organization- Zebdin Open Theatre where she supported in institutional development.
